Friday, December 18th
We will have drinks and light snacks in the Palm d'Or room at the Colony Palms on Friday night from 8-10pm, feel free to stop in.

Saturday, December 19th
The ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 19th at 4:30pm
Cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres will immediately follow the ceremony and take place in the Palm d'Or at the Colony Palms
After the cocktail hour there will be a sit-down dinner poolside
Dessert and dancing will follow dinner back in the Palm d'Or

We have 15 rooms on hold at the Colony Palms for both Friday December 18th and Saturday December 19th. The rooms are all in one section of the hotel nearest where the reception will take place and range from colony king guest rooms to junior suites, described by the hotel below:

Our standard guest rooms feature all of our signature luxuries. Limited views.

SUPERIOR GUEST ROOM
King Bed
Located throughout the property, our Superior Guest Rooms are beautifully appointed and live up to their name.

DELUXE GUEST ROOM
King Bed or Two Queen Beds (to be called Deluxe Double Guest Room)
Located throughout the property, our Deluxe Guest Rooms are also beautifully appointed yet larger and more prominently situated than our Superior Rooms, and in certain cases enjoy additional amenities such as a four-claw bathtub or fireplace.

JUNIOR SUITE
King Bed
Located on the second floor of the hotel's main building, our two Junior Suites offer gracious proportions as well as a small sitting area and in one case offers both a four-claw bathtub as well as fireplace.

Formal invitations are going out in early September for the ceremony and reception in Palm Springs at the Colony Palms Hotel.
Invitations to the party in Rochester will go out in early 2010.
